戦争によって“意識ある肉塊”と化したひとりの青年ジョーは今、野戦病院のベッドで静かに横たわっている。第一次大戦の中、彼はほとんどの器官を失う大怪我を負いここに運ばれてきたのだ。目も見えず、耳も聞こえず、喋る事もできず、唯一性器だけが人間として残された印だった。

REBELLION AND LOVE POETRY今回のテーマは「反逆と愛の詩」です。
10～15人ほどのさまざまな国の発表者がそれぞれの言語で詩を朗読します（解説や日本語、英語への翻訳も行います）。
アラビア語、日本語、中国語、韓国語、ポルトガル語、ロシア語、セルビア・クロアチア語、スペイン語、フランス語、英語などを予定しています。
また参加される皆さんもよろしかったら詩を朗読してください。その場合は政治、資本主義に対する抵抗や反逆、不正への糾弾、あるいは愛（できればそのどれも！）に関する詩を持ってきてください。 何人かのパフォーマーも参加する予定です。

There will be between 10 and 15 readers from various countries. The poems will be read in their original languages (with explanations, translations to Japanese and English)...Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, French, English, German and others maybe. The audience, you, are also welcome to bring your own poem to read, if you like (the poem has to be either political, resistance to and rebellion against capitalism, against some injustice, or love, or preferably both!) There will also be a couple of art performances.

「TIME/タイム（原題In Time）」-
今回の映画はアンドリュー・ニコル監督の「TIME/タイム（原題In Time）」です。
「時は金なり」。この言葉は現代の資本主義社会においては耳になじんだものです。しかし、もしもその言葉が文字通りの意味を持っていたら………？
そう遠くない未来、人類は遺伝子操作で25歳から年を取らなくなることが可能になった。
人口過剰を防ぐため、時間が通貨となり、人々は自分の時間で日常品から贅沢品まで支払うこととなった。
また、通行料も時間で支払う必要があるため貧困層の地域と富裕層の暮らす町は実質的に隔離されている。
裕福な人、すなわち時間を十分に持っている人たちは永遠にも 近い時間生きることができるが貧困層の人々は働くことでわずかな時間を給料として受け取り、生活していた 。
左腕に光る時間表示が0になるとき、人は命を落とす。自分の腕を上にして相手の腕をつかめば相手の持っている時間を奪い取ることができる。
一秒一秒が無駄にできなくなった世界で、スラム街で暮らす主人公は時間を奪うことで生活をしているマフィア集団から富裕層の男を救う。
富裕層の男は自分の時間をすべて主人公が眠っている間に与え、置手紙を残して自殺してしまう。
主人公は117年という時間を手にするが母親が不平等な社会の仕組みのせいで時間切れになり息絶えてしまう。復讐を誓った主人公はスラム街を飛び出し富裕層が集まる場所に行くのであった。 イベント参加は無料です！無料で軽食もつきます。（ただしできる範囲でのカンパをお願いします）

―Transgender Trouble―
今回の映画は江畠香希監督の「女として生きる」です。
毎月新宿歌舞伎町で行われている都内最大規模の女装イベント「女装ニューハーフプロパガンダ」。そこに集まる人びとにカメラを向けることでそれぞれのジェンダー事情が浮き彫りになっていく。既存のメディアによってステレオタイプ化さえたセクシャルマイノリティのイメージ像、「ゲイ」「ニューハーフ」「性同一性障害」「トランスジェンダー」…見せ物、色物として表象されてきたそれらの言葉は彼ら／彼女らのジェンダー、アイデンティティを剥奪してきた。
このドキュメンタリーでは「男ではないこと」に焦点をあて、当事者である監督自身が、彼ら／彼女らの実生活と声、そのイメージの細分化を通して視聴者に多様な性のあり方を問いかける。
当作品は山形ドキュメンタリー映画祭2011ニュー・ドックス・ジャパン部門において上映された。

Synopsis:
In Japan, transvestites, transgendered people, so-called “new half”s, and those with Gender Identity Disorder are treated as outcasts, used for entertainment, and are regularly shown in appalling stereotypes on television and in the media. When not filtered by the lens of the mass media, their reality in fact represents a vast and not easily definable range of experiences and existences. “Transgender Trouble”, filmed over the course of one year, is the first movie by a transgendered Japanese director to depict the reality of what it means to be transgendered in Japan. The director focuses her camera's gaze specifically on the performers in a 'New Half' (Shemale) cabaret show held in Tokyo where once each month over 300 people gather to drink, dance and cross-dress. People from various walks of life and a spectrum of gender identifications find liberty from the fetters of their everyday lives. The main characters of this movie are the organizer of the event, Moca, as well as Aya and Sugar, who take part in the so-called “Propaganda Girls”, the group featured as the star and main attraction of the caberet show. There are interviews with them as well as with different kinds of people who come to see the show. Other scenes show the day-to-day existence of the Girls, as well as their preparations for the event and the event itself.
ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Born in 1984. After graduating from college, she began shooting documentary in April 2009. Having completed the introductory documentary course at The Film School of Tokyo, she is currently studying in the Film and New Media graduate program at Tokyo University of the Arts.

1984年生まれ。
大学卒業後、2009年から映画作品の制作を始める。映画美学校ドキュメンタリー初等科を経て、東京芸術大学大学院映像研究科に在学中。
第二作目、原発やめろデモ!!!!!で逮捕された彼氏についてのドキュメンタリー『カレが捕まっちゃった』を映画祭出品中。

In Japan, transvestites, transgendered people, so-called “new half”s, and those with Gender Identity Disorder are treated as outcasts, used for entertainment, and are regularly shown in appalling stereotypes on television and in the media. When not filtered by the lens of the mass media, their reality in fact represents a vast and not easily definable range of experiences and existences. “Transgender Trouble”, filmed over the course of one year, is the first movie by a transgendered Japanese director to depict the reality of what it means to be transgendered in Japan. The director focuses her camera's gaze specifically on the performers in a 'New Half' (Shemale) cabaret show held in Tokyo where once each month over 300 people gather to drink, dance and cross-dress. People from various walks of life and a spectrum of gender identifications find liberty from the fetters of their everyday lives. The main characters of this movie are the organizer of the event, Moca, as well as Aya and Sugar, who take part in the so-called “Propaganda Girls”, the group featured as the star and main attraction of the caberet show. There are interviews with them as well as with different kinds of people who come to see the show. Other scenes show the day-to-day existence of the Girls, as well as their preparations for the event and the event itself.

Born in 1984. After graduating from college, she began shooting documentary in April 2009. Having completed the introductory documentary course at The Film School of Tokyo, she is currently studying in the Film and New Media graduate program at Tokyo University of the Arts.
