今回のテーマは「水」です。
東京スプリングで水をテーマにするのは今回で三度めです。
the topic of the event will be WATER
this is Tokyo Spring's 3d WATER event

映画は「ザ・ウォーター・ウォー（Even The Rain/原題スペイン語・Tambien La Lluvia）」を上映します。
we will show EVEN THE RAIN (in spanish: tambien la lluvia)

映画はほぼ全編スペイン語とケチュア語で、少し英語の場面もあります（日本語字幕がつきます）。
the film is mostly in SPANISH and QUECHUA, and a bit of english

映画の後には「水」についてディスカッションをします。
どれだけの飲料水が地球には残されているのでしょうか？
水は民営化されうるのでしょうか？
誰が水を所有しているのでしょうか？
after the film we will talk about WATER
how much is there DRINKING WATER left in our world?
can WATER be privatized?
who owns WATER?
